Prepare the next call

See exactly what Rosie plans to talk about next, change it, and give standing guidance.

Before every call, Rosie prepares a short plan: a topic, an opening line that picks up from earlier calls, a few follow-ups, and reminders about what they have already shared. You can read that plan, change it, and tell Rosie what to focus on.

Open the preparation

On Home, find What's next with Rosie and select Review & shape the next call. You can also select Preparation in the menu.

The page has three tabs: Next session, About June (with the name of your person), and Memories & topics.

Next session

This is the plan for the next call:

  • The topic, and the opening after the greeting and recording notice.
  • Possible follow-ups: a few things Rosie might ask.
  • Reminders for the call: what Rosie should remember from earlier calls.

The plan is a guide, not a script: the call can follow wherever they lead. Changes apply to future calls, not to a call already underway.

To change it:

  • Edit the opening & questions lets you rewrite the plan by hand. Select Save this plan when you are done.
  • Shape the next session: under What would you like to talk about?, write a subject for the next call. Select Save guidance & prepare and a fresh plan is made around it.
  • Ongoing guidance for Rosie: things that apply to every call, such as "Give her time to remember" or subjects to stay away from.
  • Regenerate next session makes a fresh plan. It replaces any edits you made by hand.

About June

The personal details Rosie receives: names, birthplace, Hearing notes, the people you have added, and starter topics. Correct anything here and select Save personal details.

Memories & topics

Everything Rosie can draw on from earlier calls: recaps, stories, names and follow-ups. If there is something that should not come up again, select Remove from calls. It stays in the recordings and stories; Rosie just won't mention it. Restore for calls undoes it.

Good to know

What is "Review all history"? It takes a deeper look across every call so far to refine the profile and find connections. It runs in the background; you can leave the page. Your recordings and stories are not changed.

Can the person being called see this? Yes. If they have their own sign-in, they have the same Preparation page and can shape their own next call.
