Home and Needs you
The one page that tells you what's coming up, what happened last, and anything that needs your attention.
Home is the page to check each week. Choose the person from the menu (with more than one, pick them from the list at the top of the menu first), then select Home.
What's on Home
- Next session: the date and time of the next call, with Reschedule and Pause.
- Needs you: anything waiting on you. Most weeks it says "Nothing is waiting on you."
- What's next with Rosie: the topic and opening line planned for the next call, with Review & shape the next call. See Prepare the next call.
- Latest session: a short recap of the last call and Play recording.
- New stories: the latest stories drawn from their calls.
- Ask Rosie something: a quick way to suggest a question for a future call.
- Call now at the top right, when a call is allowed right now, next to a status tag: First session ready before the first call, then Active.
What Needs you can say
| Message | What to do |

| Confirm June agreed to be called | Setup stopped before the last step. Select Confirm permission to finish it. |
| The last call did not connect | Nobody answered, or voicemail picked up. Select See all calls for details. |
| Three sessions were missed | Calls are paused. Select Review the usual time, then resume. |
| A call timed out at the PIN prompt | They called in but the PIN was not heard. Select Call security to check the PIN. |
| Set a call-in PIN for June | Calling in needs a PIN and none is set yet. Rosie never brings it up on a call. Select Call security to set one. |
(June is our example; you will see the name of the person you added.)
Good to know
Home says "No usual time yet". Setting up does not schedule calls. Select Set a usual time, or see Set the usual call time.
